Shipping

  • Standard shipping is ¥1,100.
  • Standard shipping is free from ¥12,000.
  • Orders are prepared after payment confirmation.
  • Dispatch 2-4 business days, excluding weekends and Japanese public holidays.
  • Okinawa, remote islands and some regions may need extra delivery time.

Returns

  • Please contact us before sending anything back.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or customer convenience.
  • For damaged, defective or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with the order number and photos.
  • If a return or exchange is approved because an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, we will guide you through the next step.
  • Items sent back without prior contact may not be accepted.
  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and follow this return policy.
